HOW TO ORDER
First select your size and color of sweatshirt from the drop-down menus. Then before checking out, choose one thread color of your choice from the thread color chart in the listing photos. Type your selection into the “personalization” box before checking out.

CARE
It is advisable to machine wash cold with the garment turned inside out. Using warm or hot water may cause minimal shrinkage. Hang garment to dry and avoid washing it with items that may snag the embroidery.

PROCESSING TIMES
Everything in our shop is made to order and carefully shipped from Myerstown, Pa. Please allow 7-10 days production time. This helps to reduce waste and ensures the quality of each piece.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Custom Cuties. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase on NON customized items only. I cannot accept returns on items where personalization has been added. If you are unhappy with a customized purchase, please contact me asap and I will do my very best to rectify any issues.

Please note, the item must be returned in its original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been altered, damaged or shows signs of wear will not be eligible for a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of first initiating the return.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
