Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Custom Cuties. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase on NON customized items only. I cannot accept returns on items where personalization has been added. If you are unhappy with a customized purchase, please contact me asap and I will do my very best to rectify any issues.

Please note, the item must be returned in its original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been altered, damaged or shows signs of wear will not be eligible for a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of first initiating the return.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
