How It Works:

• After checking out, simply send us a CLEAR, up-close photo of your pet. Please keep in mind that your pet will be digitized EXACTLY as it is shown in your photo. Be aware, that if there are obstacles in front of your pet in the photo, they will be there on the finished design as well.
• You can send the photo directly at tiffanylea@custom-cuties.com. Before beginning the embroidery process, we will check back with you to make sure everything looks good! We allow for ONE send back to fix small details. We cannot, however, start from scratch with a design once it has been sent to the digitizer and completed. Starting from scratch would incur a separate $12.00 digitizing fee. PLEASE BE AWARE, that in the event that you decide to cancel your order after the review process for any reason, we will refund you the amount of the order minus a $12.00 digitizing fee. This fee covers the digitizers time and efforts in creating your custom pet design.

Processing Times:

• Everything in our shop is made to order and carefully shipped from Myerstown, Pa. Please allow 7-10 days production time. This helps to reduce waste and ensures the quality of each piece.

Returns And Exchange Policy:

• At Custom Cuties, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-embroidered pieces made just for you! While we want you to love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
• Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom embroidery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, including custom pet embroidery and made-to-order designs. Each piece is carefully crafted based on your specifications, making it uniquely yours!
• Non-Custom Items: For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Your happiness is our top priority! If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to work with you to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
