How It’s Made:

  • All designs are machine embroidered in-house by Custom Cuties using durable, vibrant thread. Unlike printed designs, embroidery won’t crack, peel, or fade.

Sizing & Color Options:

  • Please see size chart and available pigment-dyed colors in the listing photos. Due to the nature of pigment dye, slight variations in tone may occur – making each piece uniquely yours.

Care:

  • It is advisable to machine wash cold with the garment turned inside out. Using warm or hot water may cause minimal shrinkage. Hang garment to dry and avoid washing it with items that may snag the embroidery.

Processing Time

Everything in our shop is made to order and carefully shipped from Myerstown, Pa. Please allow 7-10 days production time. This helps to reduce waste and ensures the quality of each piece.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Custom Cuties. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return or exchanges window from the date of purchase on NON customized items only. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on items where personalization has been added. If you are unhappy with a customized purchase, please contact me asap and I will do my very best to rectify any issues.

Please note, the item must be returned in its original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been altered, damaged or shows signs of wear will not be eligible for a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of first initiating the return.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
